FAQ
Billing
We will submit your claim to the insurance company. If you have co-pays or deductibles, please pay these balances at the time of your appointment. If you do not have insurance, payment will be expected at the time of your visit. You may request putting down a deposit if you don't have insurance coverage for the service. If desired, we will discuss charges and establish payment plans on an individual basis. We do not want our patients to feel their medical needs will create an undo hardship for them.
Nobody will be denied diagnostic services because of inability to pay. However, patients who disregard bills or make no effort to discuss their circumstances will be held responsible for all charges. In such cases, we may be obligated to turn over the account to a collection agency. To avoid such problems, simply be forthcoming about your situation, and ask for individual consideration.
